Who we are

This website is operated by MJ Technical Services LLC (“MJTS”, “we”, “us”), an ELV and technology solutions provider based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, why we collect it, and what we do with it.

What we collect

We only collect information you choose to give us. When you submit the enquiry form we collect your name, company or building name, email address, telephone number, the service you selected, your site location and the description of your requirement.

Like most websites, our hosting platform records standard technical information such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested. This is used for security and to keep the site running, not to build a profile of you.

Why we use it

To respond to your enquiry and prepare a survey, proposal or quotation.
To contact you about the specific project or system you asked about.
To meet our record-keeping obligations on work we carry out.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without asking you first.

Who sees it

Enquiry details are seen by the MJTS engineering and commercial team handling your request. We share information with third parties only where it is necessary to deliver the work you asked for (for example a manufacturer raising a warranty claim), or where we are required to by law.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become projects are retained for up to 24 months. Where an enquiry becomes a project, records are kept for the life of the system and for the period required by UAE commercial record-keeping rules.

Security

Submissions are transmitted over an encrypted connection and stored on access-controlled systems. Any credentials, drawings or site documentation you send us are treated as confidential project information.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Write to support@mjtechservices.com and we will respond.

Cookies

This site uses only the cookies required for the website and its caching layer to function. It does not run advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
