Terms of Service
About these terms
These terms govern your use of the MJTS website. They are not the terms of any contract for works — project and maintenance contracts are issued separately and signed by both parties.
Information on this site
The content here describes the services MJ Technical Services LLC provides in the United Arab Emirates. It is provided for general information. Specifications, product availability, response windows and coverage are confirmed in writing for each site after a survey, and nothing on this website constitutes a binding offer or quotation.
Project references
Project descriptions are published as representative examples of the type and scale of work we deliver. Client names are published only where permission has been given. Figures shown are indicative of scope rather than a guarantee of outcome on any other site.
Quotations and surveys
Where we offer a survey at no charge, that offer applies to standard commercial and residential enquiries within the UAE and may be withdrawn for sites that fall outside it. Any costs, programmes or response commitments become binding only once set out in a signed contract.
Intellectual property
The MJTS name, logo, site design, text and layout belong to MJ Technical Services LLC. Manufacturer and platform names referenced on this site are the trademarks of their respective owners and are used to describe the equipment we are authorised to supply, install and maintain.
Third-party links
Where this site links out to another organisation, we are not responsible for that site or its content.
Liability
We take care to keep this site accurate and available, but we do not warrant that it is error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law, MJTS is not liable for loss arising from reliance on general website content in place of a written specification or contract.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai.
